Bismarck, N.D. – The North Dakota Office of State Tax Commissioner is pleased to announce the launch of its new website – www.tax.nd.gov.
The website is redesigned to better serve the taxpayers of North Dakota. The design, layout, and functionality have been upgraded and provide taxpayers with better online services.
With the launch of the new website also comes the release of the 2021 North Dakota income tax booklets and income tax forms, and the 2022 income tax withholding tables.
In 2021, 90 percent of North Dakotans filed their individual income tax returns electronically. We continue to encourage North Dakota taxpayers to e-file, as it is the fastest and most secure way to file.
Income tax booklets and forms can be found on the new website at www.tax.nd.gov/forms. Income tax withholding tables are also available on the new site at www.tax.nd.gov/IncomeTaxWithholding. If taxpayers need help locating forms, they can call 701-328-1243.
The 2021 North Dakota Legislature created a tax relief income tax credit for residents of North Dakota during its November Special Session. More information is available at www.tax.nd.gov/SpecialSession2021.
Taxpayers can stay up-to-date on North Dakota tax-related matters by visiting the Office of State Tax Commissioner’s website at www.tax.nd.gov or by connecting on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
